All by my selfie!

This long distance selfie was quite tricky to do, but I risked outsourcing once again, this time to a passing red squirrel. Yes, I did! I said to him, I said "Yo! Mr Passing Red Squirrel, could you stop passing for a moment and just press that there button?" And Mr P.R. Squirrel said 'OK'!  And he did! It's a pity my attention was diverted by a passing yellow wagtail at the crucial moment!!

We are joining Kitties Blue once again for their Sunday Selfie Blog Hop. Click on the badge below to join in :)

  1. Yo, great title, fun post and congratulations on recruiting Mr. P.R. Squirrel! And may we say we love seeing your black beauty against the different autumn colors!

  2. That was very innovative to enlist Mr P.R. Squirrel to help with your selfie. We only have Mr. Sneaky Grey Squirrel here, and I don't think he would help me out as I like to chase him.

  3. Well done Austin, getting that Mr.P.R. Squirrel to push that button on the camera for you. That sure is a great selfie.

  23. Austin...you got a red squirrel to take your picture. You must be a smooth talking devil. I tried the same thing with our red squirrel and he gave me the raspberry and laughed all the way to his house, How rude!! I was even being real mice.

  30. What an obliging squirrel to do that for you, Austin. Ours are too busy eating up all the bird seed. We've never seen a red squirrel and Mom says she hasn't either. We just have the plain old grey ones. Your yard looks so lush and pretty. Fall has hit hard here, and we aren't too happy about it. Thanks for hopping along with us today. 32. Wow, Austin, you're such a gentleman to pose for Mr. P.R. Squirrel. Rita would have tried to eat him. Which is not very nice to visitors, even if they are just passing through. You look very handsome!

  33. Geez, Austin, so there I am innocently visiting my Tennessee Queen, when what do I read? Some nonsense about you sneaking over there behind my back. Honestly, do you think just because I'm over here in the Colonies I can't READ or something? Speaking of colonies--you *do* remember how that turned out, right?
