ReplyDeleteWe have had problems with the internet too some of this week - the only way I've got the computer on was to switch on my laptop and place it near the other one and after a short time it brought the emails up which was something and then I found we could comment on blogs too but it took ages to get it going. Do you use TalkTalk as we do and wondered if there was something happening their end?

ReplyDeleteYou are having fun with Mini Me. Silly mum didn't turn the sound lower even though you warned her. She nearly fell off her chair! It's strange but our internet has been very slow the last few days too and we haven't been able to open some sites. I saw that Hannah and Lucy had the same problem. We aren't on Talk Talk though, we are aol. Dad likes to play poker on pogo but it has been too slow for him to play.

ReplyDeleteRe the slow broadband. We are fibre optic enabled in our part of Plymouth, and when mum gets off her fat backside and gets a pac migration number from aol we will change to it. We are quite a long way out and only get 0.5 mbps speed with aol but BT said the fibre optic comes to the top of the village so it doesn't have to go to far on the old wires, so we should get 5-6 mbps, (we hope).
