It's an alien …. or a strange fungus …. or something? |
|
Ah! Just checking on the neighbours! |
|
Looking determined! |
|
Really want to get down now! |
|
Luckily a tall man was passing by! |
|
I am NOT embarrassed. I just need to inspect that peony over there! |
The stupid Staff was too busy laughing and taking pictures of me in my predicament to be of any assistance! Although I insist it wasn't a "predicament" as such, I was just testing the altitude and checking to see if the hedge needed trimming! Oh, and I am not telling how I got up there!

assistance - to help from a distance

You should really consider a career as a weathervane, Austin! ;)
ReplyDeleteEEEK....Mom would pass out if she saw one of us up that high!
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
MOL on that first pic, Austin! Wow you're brave getting up there. Glad you got down via the tall man. Of course, you could've come down any time. you just take advantage of him while he was there.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Annie
p.s. The Lady & I just read your Meet the Gang section and enjoyed reading about you all!
ReplyDeleteI don't know why your staff was laughing - I think it was pretty smart of you to have a human get you down instead of having to do it yourself.
ReplyDeleteOh my word, how scary!!! Our humans would have been freaking out.
ReplyDeleteWhew - I sure am glad you had help getting down. That looks pretty far to jump without breaking something. I bet it was great fun up there.
ReplyDeleteHahaha~~
ReplyDeleteI love the first picture.
Tail on the roof!
We see that humans are good for something...getting you down from that roof! :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could become a stunt cat for like in movies and stuff? That looks pretty dangerous up there Austin! You are quite brave ;)
ReplyDeleteMOL! We laughed and laughed at that first photo. You didn't need help coming down, we're sure. You were just giving that nice tall man some Austintherapy by letting him lift you. :)

Wow Austin - you were HIGH UP there buddy...I woulda got a nose bleed!! Good thing a tall person saved you....and even though you're not telling how you got UP there, I assume it was a lot easier doing THAT part than coming down would have been without the tall person around!!!
ReplyDeleteKitty Hugs, Sam

ReplyDeleteHa! And we're betting that hedge really did need to be trimmed. How else can you spy on the neighbors? MOL! Purrs...
ReplyDeleteYour roof has sprouted cattails! It IS damp in your part o'the world.
ReplyDeleteThat sure looks like a good place to check out everything!
ReplyDeleteOh, dear! You had a cattail sprouting from your roof :)
ReplyDeleteI love the 'I'm not embarrassed' act :) Our Siamese used to use it, too. Her attitude said, "What? I meant to do that."
Austin that was impressive!
ReplyDeleteOne small step for feline-kind. You go, AstroAustin.
ReplyDeleteMOL! You are as bad as Eric was. He liked to climb trees but mum usually ended up helping him back down.

ReplyDeleteWow, you sure were high up there!! Carmine gets on top of the cabinets, then cries because he wants down, but I can't reach that high. Eventually, he figures out he has to jump down onto the fridge so I can get him, LOL.
