Bit of a snow wuss puss!

We've got snow!
Austin was getting a bit stir crazy, so I let him out. But you can't see him here!

He was gone for quite a while and then just when I thought he had turned into a snow puss,
I heard a "meow meow" from down the steps!
No Austin, I will not come and help you up!

"Umph, puff, wheeze, coff"

"Out the way, woman! Cat coming through…"

"Ahh! That's better!"
Toasting nicely!

snowboard, snow-bored (alternate spelling) - the emotion that precedes "stir crazy"

  2. Hallo, Austin!

Snow is so pretty, isn't it? We had snow here last week. I did so love watching the pretty snowflakes fall. But it's best to enjoy it from inside the window, because it's very cold and wet. I don't mind getting wet - but I HATE being cold.

  6. My kitties think they are allergic to snow -- they step out, stand there with one paw in the air and then hightail it back inside.

  7. Love this post. We just had our first snow of the year on Thursday. Some of our kitties had never seen snow before. They are also fortunate to have radiators to warm them up afterwards. Purrs and Hugs.

  11. When we were young we used to love to go out and play if we had snow. Mum says we have turned into wuss pusses too. That horrible cold white stuff was outside our door yesterday too, so we carefully walked around the edge of the garden under the Leylandii hedge. When we came back in, we kept flicking our toesies until she towel dried them for us. We are glad you were able to toast nicely on the radiator. We laid out in front of the woodburner to recover.

  12. I LOVE seeing you toasting niceley and your ample body passing thru the door made mommy just swoon right along with me.

Mommy loved the definitions. I don't understand why she always laughs at those. Maybe I should attend school.

  32. Honestly, what is WRONG with your Human that she did not come down there and carry you up those snowy steps? Why, it looks like it was a regular Everest to climb all the way to the top!

At least there was a warm spot at the end of it all. But I don't see any toonas? Sheesh. Good help is SO hard to find.

  33. Toasting inside is much better option than slushing outside. Austin furry smart of you to be near the radiator.

  34. This time of the year Tommie sits by the door looking out. Then when we finally let him out, he sits looking in. Always on the wrong side of every door.

  46. Aren't radiators THE BEST? I've been hanging out in front of mine and enjoying it SOOOO much but then the stoopy Human decided it had warmed up so she turned them off again. Outrageous! But today it started raining again and now *she's* cold so I think they'll get turned on again tonight. FINALLY.
