You think you're so terribly clever.
You take photos all of the time.
But one thing - it is clear - you will never,
Is get me to pose for a rhyme!
I like long words that mean something,
like hyperbole, frowsty and squinch.
But if you continue to bug me,
I'll turn into Austin the Grinch.
So now that we've had this discussion,
I trust you now understand,
that rhyming is not so important
As making sure that all the words like sorta scan ... kinda!

You tell her Austin. Looks like your staff better fish out a dictionary for some extra long words for you. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

ReplyDeleteHyper Bowl. Made mom here laugh out loud! VERY energetic I would say. xxoox
Ah! I hope you human got the message!
ReplyDeleteHyperbole... lol. I've forgotten about the word a long long time ago.
ReplyDeleteAnd what in the world is a frowsty?!?
Austin, it's hard work getting bipeds trained. I like today's definition - I think it describes my bowl when it's empty and I want the bipeds to do something about it!
ReplyDeleteThat's telling her!! Uhm, can we turn down Faraday's hyper-bowl over here, just a degree or two? ;-)
