Other News

So many of my blogging friends know Dezi and Lexi two service cats who help look after their mom, Audra, who is disabled. They have had such a run of bad luck when their apartment was flooded twice in a month! So much was ruined and needs replacing, in particular a mattress for the bed and a recliner chair. A fundraiser has been started by Sage and Savannah's mom, Linda. If you would like to help please go here and remember, no amount is too small. Thank you :)

Way back in the mists of time - well, a couple of weeks ago - I unknowingly entered into a draw over at The Cat on my Head ........ AND I WON!!!! I was totally gobsmacked because I don't hardly ever win anything (grammar alert!). This is what I won:

As you can see, it has arrived! It has travelled all the way from California which is like on another planet, it's so far away!!! This is one of a limited print by the super talented Marie (Katzy) Strom and you can see her work at her Etsy shop. The Staff, who has been inconspicuous by her absence around the blogs lately, is under strict instructions to do some blog visiting with me, soonest. I am sure my lack of attention and attendance around the blogosphere has not been noticed at all been reported to the Feline Bureau of Investigation and I'm expecting a visit from one or two of their representatives imminently!

Sunday Selfie with The Cat on My Head!

WOW! Where does the time go? I've not blogged since the last Sunday Selfie!!! It's a Staff problem. You just cannot get the calibre of slave/servant/menial that one expects/requires/deserves anymore! It is a constant pain in the butt/jacksie/posterior!

Anyway, here is today's offering!

The slave/servant/menial remarked that it is not so much The Cat on my Head as The Head of my Cat!! I didn't think that was very funny. My paw slipped! However, the upside is you get a passable picture of the cobweb above my head! If I am bribed offered a nip incentive, I might someday reveal where I am actually reposing :)
