You can see I am keeping a strong hold on my back paw, as earlier I was scaredified by an inappropriate digit being laid on it in a furtive way! Now I have to be alert! In fact I think we all need to be lertful for stray fingers and pokey things! Editor’s note: All I did was touch his beauteous little paw and he went into a frenetic frenzy of freakiness! He now is keeping a firm grip on his paw and it’s within view at all times!
Gratuitous Gifts - We have been the happy recipients of quite a few tangible things of late i.e. things that have arrived by snail mail. We won the Silly Saturday Caption contest over at The Teacher’s Pets and got a whole bunch of lovely goodies :)

As you can see, I am really into it! This is a beautifully produced book set in Penzance, Cornwall in the UK about a cat called Sparkle (!) who has adventures while trying to save her friend the chocolate apothecary from losing his business. It has cats, mystery and chocolate. Who can resist? OMC! I hate hate hate hate hate for Humans to Touch My Paws--any of them. My paws are MINE--they should not be interfered with. Sometimes when I am DEEPLY into one of my many daily naps, the Human will forget herself and attempt to make contact with one of my furry feets--I awake instantly each and efurry time and give her the what-for. Sheesh! Sneak up on a guy when he's out like a light, why doncha, Human???
